My First visit was in Dec 2025. I saw a commercial on YouTube for Sciatica, Bulging disk, Stenosis of the spine. I saw Dr Lembo, He put me on a plan to ease the payments. i saw him for 26 visits he put me on that High Teck machine DRX9000 Spinal Decompression machine, than on the Wave Stem cell machine therapy, and the Red light therapy machine the whole process took about 1 1/2 hours. There are very few Doctors who have used this type of therapy on long Island. the Doc was very though. After the 5 session I started to feel a difference in the pain in my lower back it got very lighter an I didn't need my cane anymore. He than was able to put me on a free trial to test a new FDA approved machine for neuropathy for my feet. I am 74 years old and now I feel like 40 again doing things that a year ago I could hardly move without being in pain. Dr. Lembo was a very experienced an up-to-date Doctor in his field going with all the new innovated techniques. He is on the ball with back pain. He does the whole package to getting you better without going for Surgery. He also has in his practice Doctor Yelling I call them the A team they both complement each other well. Dr. Yelling is a Navy Veteran, a Surgent for many years, an does acupuncture, an holistic healing too.

Than back to living a normal life. I'm about 85% better than first day i met both Doctors. I highly recommend to everyone to try them out if you have any type of ongoing back pain, and this will be the last resort before getting surgery which might even make it worst.
